Plans are underway for our Mistletoe Market at the 89th annual Christmas “Festival of Lights” here in Natchitoches, Saturday, December 5, 2015.

The Women’s Resource Center hosts this event each year as a fundraiser to assist our ministry in helping young women in difficult life situations including unplanned pregnancy.  This is a very important event for us.

The FIRST Saturday of December is an exciting day in Natchitoches with thousands of folks from all around coming to our beautiful city to enjoy the food, parades, fireworks, and, of course, the nationally acclaimed Christmas lights.

As always, we prefer true arts and crafts but will accept sales of other tasteful items.  No objectionable merchandise (obscene, occult, etc) is permitted to be displayed or sold. 

Our spaces are located on the main parade route on the City Bank parking lot.

Our booth space availability is on a first come, first served basis.  If you are a returning vendor and would like to request a previous space, we will do the best we can to accommodate your request.

* The location for vendor spaces is on the City Bank parking lot (146 St. Denis. Corner of Second and St. Denis Streets in downtown Natchitoches) Please Google a map if you need to.
* The booth number assignment will be provided when you arrive on Sat. morning.
* All correspondence will be via email, unless otherwise specifically requested.
* Spaces are 10 X 10 for $100.00 ea.
* There is no provision for electricity or water, and no portable generators are allowed. Battery operated heaters are acceptable, if needed. Any gas operated devices on the property will result in loss of booth space and loss of payment. This is the property owner's rule and is non negotiable. 
* Set up time is from 5:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. on the Festival Day. We cannot allow vendors to set up the night before. Streets are blocked early to establish the parade route and access to the parking lot is impossible after this time frame.  The WRC will not guarantee your space beyond 8:00 a.m.
* Vendors must bring own tables, chairs, stands, etc. Tents are permitted. No obscene or profane items or live animals are permitted.
* Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax (packets will be provided that day from Natchitoches Tax Commission)
* Make plans to stay until after the fireworks show as there is no traffic allowed in the downtown area until afterwards.
* Make provision for all the change you will need. 
* Cell phone towers are maxed out with the influx of people and are unreliable from 8am – 8pm. Plan accordingly.
*There is an additional charge to access Front St and the Riverbank if you or your guests are interested. Armbands can be bought the day of the festival.
* Cancellation fee before November 5th - $20.00 after Nov. 5th no refund.
* No refund for inclement weather.
* Spaces must be left clean, all debris removed.
